nothing. Vehicles are sold "AS-IS"

Exempt Status odometers included.

After any accepted
adjustment, unit automatically
becomes an "AS-IS"
sale with no further arbitrations.

Counter Sales - Considered "AS-IS".
Any dispute over such vehicle
is between the buyer and the
seller.

Due to EPA Regulations,
A/C units WILL NOT BE ARBITRATED!

All vehicles sold for
$2000.00 and under are sold "AS-IS",
all vehicles sold off the block
are sold "AS-IS".
Once a vehicle is arbitrated,
it's an automatic sale EFFECTIVE
3/10/11.

Anyone Rep'ing a car must identify
what type of drive the unit
will stand.

If $300.00 will fix
it, BUYER OWNS IT EFFECTIVE

Final decision of Arbitration
will be backed by Auction Management...Arbitrators
decision is FINAL! All arbitrations will be made the night of the auction or all sales are final! NO exceptions!

years or older it may not be
arbitrated for frame/frame damage.

The sales at the auction
are intended to promote fair
and ethical treatment to both
buyer and seller. If the auction
determines that the transaction
is not fair and ethical to either
party, the seller and buyer
agree that the auction may cancel
the sale at its sole discretion!
